A brand-new Rosati’s Pizza location is opening in early May in Rhinelander, and we are looking for hardworking and reliable Kitchen Team Members to join our opening team. This is a great opportunity to be part of launching a locally owned and operated restaurant in a brand-new construction building.

Most Rosati’s Pizza locations are locally owned and operated by entrepreneurial franchise operators. A range of team member opportunities exists at each restaurant, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and leadership roles.

Job Summary
As a member of our Kitchen Staff, you’ll stay busy. Whether it’s making dough, prepping vegetables, assembling pizzas, or cleaning that hard-to-reach spot behind the oven, we’ll rely on you to roll up your sleeves and help wherever you’re needed.
To thrive in this role, previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required. What matters most is having a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to hustle to support your team while keeping pizzas moving quickly out of the kitchen.
We’ll teach you everything you need to know, making this a great starting point for anyone beginning or growing a career in the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pizzas and menu items according to Rosati’s standards
- Assist with dough preparation, ingredient prep, and stocking supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout your shift
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during busy periods
- Follow directions from shift leaders and kitchen managers
- Assist with cleaning duties and maintaining food safety standards
- Help wherever needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly
This role is active and hands-on. You’ll likely be on your feet for most of your shift, helping with cleaning, stocking, food prep, and other tasks as needed. Team members must be able to lift up to 30–40 lbs throughout their shift.
Qualifications
- Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, listening, and time management skills
- Ability to remain on your feet for most of the workday and move throughout the kitchen
- Comfortable working in warm kitchen temperatures and using kitchen equipment
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, kneeling, and moving throughout the facility
- Ability to follow directions and prepare menu items consistently
- Flexible availability for a variety of shifts

Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
