 Job Summary:

To succeed as an Assistant Manager at Rosati’s Pizza, you must be self-motivated, friendly, and responsible with strong leadership qualities as well as a sense of humility and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to assist your staff whenever needed. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation and maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.

We will expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have memorable experiences with Rosati’s.  In order to excel as an Assistant Manager at Rosati's Pizza, candidates should possess self-motivation, a friendly demeanor, and a strong sense of responsibility. Additionally, leadership qualities, humility, and a willingness to assist staff as needed are essential.
 Requirements: Demonstrated experience in customer service management.
 Thorough understanding of food and beverage, including the ability to memorize and communicate ingredients and dishes to both customers and staff.


 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily front and back of the house restaurant operations
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and events
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
 

Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service experience as a manager
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and staff
  • Strong leadership, communication, motivational and people skills
  • Acute financial management skills
  • Possess the ability to motivate your staff in a positive and creative manner
